Helles Lager

Brewed as a tribute to the monumental shifts of continents and their people over geological time, our Helles Lager reflects the intriguing acceleration of these movements in recent years—especially following Brexit.

This remarkable lager is crafted using the finest Pilsner malt, complemented by a touch of Vienna malt, and generously hopped with Tettnang and Saaz hops. It undergoes a cool, slow fermentation process, followed by an extensive lagering period of 8 weeks. This careful aging allows the beer's full flavor and character to emerge, resulting in a brew that is clean, crisp, and refreshingly delightful.

Delivery

Delivery Options

  • Delivery will be via national courier (to UK mainland addresses) or postal service (lighter merchandise items only, such as t-shirts, etc).
  • In order to keep your bill as low as we can, we pass post & packaging charges on at cost.
  • Delivery will usually take place Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please make sure that there will be an adult (aged 18 years or over) at the address as all orders must be signed for.
  • If no-one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the products will be retained by the driver. The driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and customers can telephone to re-arrange for the driver to return at a mutually convenient time.
  • Delivery will usually take between two to five working days on receipt of an order. In highly exceptional circumstances it can take up to 10 working days and is subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control. Please give yourself plenty of time when Bank Holidays and or weekends are involved.
  • To enquire about deliveries outside the UK mainland, please contact jem@cheddarales.co.uk for a quotation.
  • Collection from the brewery is possible (please call or e-mail us after ordering to book a time/date.

Note: You must be 18 or over to purchase alcoholic beverages. Age verification will be required upon delivery or collection for all orders containing such items.
