What to expect

A walk through of the brewing process by one of our craftsmen, with behind the scenes access onto our malt store*. An opportunity to see where we craft our ales from the raw ingredients to the end product. There will be plenty of time during and after the tour to sample different styles and ask questions.

You'll also be given four tokens after the tour to be redeemed against Cheddar Ales beers in the taproom (either four halves, two pints or 2 bottles to take away). You will also benefit from 10% discount in our taproom against all products for the remainder of the day.

* Please note that our brewery has narrow walkways, uneven floors and stairs. Therefore we regret they are unsuitable for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or similar mobility aids.

Tour are non-refundable however, bookings can be moved to a later tour date in the same year subject to availability but we need a minimum of 7 days notice to resale the limited spaces.

Delivery

Delivery Options

Delivery will be via national courier (to UK mainland addresses) or postal service (lighter merchandise items only, such as t-shirts, etc).
In order to keep your bill as low as we can, we pass post & packaging charges on at cost.
Delivery will usually take place Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please make sure that there will be an adult (aged 18 years or over) at the address as all orders must be signed for.
If no-one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the products will be retained by the driver. The driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and customers can telephone to re-arrange for the driver to return at a mutually convenient time.
Delivery will usually take between two to five working days on receipt of an order. In highly exceptional circumstances it can take up to 10 working days and is subject to any events that are beyond our reasonable control. Please give yourself plenty of time when Bank Holidays and or weekends are involved.

Collection from the brewery is possible (please call or e-mail us after ordering to book a time/date.

Note: You must be 18 or over to purchase alcoholic beverages. Age verification will be required upon delivery or collection for all orders containing such items.
