When paying for a product online we do not store your card details. Payment is handled by Payzone and the transaction is secured with SSL encryption. If a payment is taken over the phone we may ask you for your card details in order to make the transaction. These card details are never stored. Information regarding a transaction for invoice purposes will be held securely for up to 7 years.


Email Marketing

Customers may ‘opt in’ to receive Cheddar Ales news updates and other email marketing. We send mailings via our website email marketing system. You will have the ability to ‘opt out’ at any time by contacting us or unsubscribing when you receive an email.
