Brewery Sales & Tours
Cheddar Ales is an open brewery so please come and introduce yourself to us if you are in the area. We can often be very busy though, so it is better if you let us know in advance that you are coming.
Brewery Tours
There are many good reasons to come on a Cheddar Ales brewery tour. You may want to organise a great evening out for friends or colleagues; you may be interested in brewing and real ale; or you may just need a good excuse to have a bit of a session with your favourite Cheddar Ales. Whatever the reason, our brewery tours are always a fun and interesting night out.
On our brewery tour you can drink while you think. When your group arrives we will pour you all a pint before taking you round the brewery. We'll explain the raw ingredients that go into making great beers, discuss how our traditional brewing process works and show you the equipment that we use. After the tour, there is an extended tasting session during which we can provide food, if required, or arrange other activities.
Tours are by prior arrangement only.
The way in which we conduct our tours is flexible and the structure is constantly evolving, so please contact us to discuss what we are currently offering.
Brewery Sales
You can buy our ales and merchandise directly from the brewery. We do require advance notice on certain products so it is always better to contact us in advance to avoid disappointment.
When buying beer at the brewery, you can take away your beer in a variety of containers. Please see Packaging Options for more detail.
