BitterBully 3.8% ABV
Bitter Bully is a very drinkable straw-coloured session beer with a big hop aroma and dry citrus finish. It is brewed using the best quality Maris Otter and wheat malts and hopped with a blend of English whole hops.
You can't beat a Bitter Bully.
Temporarily known as The Beer With No Name at our first Brewery Beer Festival this beer was supposed to be named by our customers. You can read the full story here, but to put it briefly, it didn’t work out.
In the end, Bitter Bully was so named partly as a result of our fond memories of Bullseye and mutual love of darts, but more because we simply ran out of time to come up with anything else.
Bitter Bully is Cheddar Ales' Seasonal Special for Summer 2009. Whether it is available next year is up to you. Let us know what you think via the suggestion box.
